More fun-size yumminess! After doing my mini pies, I was on a mission to find mini cheesecake pans and stumbled upon these awesome Chicago Metallic Bakeware ones. I’ve actually baked cheesecake and brownies in them, and they’ve all come out great! They serve the same purpose as a springform pan because I just push the bottoms right up and pop the treats out without having to worry about flipping them over to get them out. But these are even better because they give the dessert those cute, fluted edges. So these are extra fun-size. 🙂 I wish this were a sponsored post where the company gave me the pans for free to review, but I’m sure I’ll get way more than my $20 worth out of each one. (Though I would certainly not refuse an opportunity to test bake! Haha!)
